Creating London’s first net zero carbon emissions street

We are working towards and committed to making Lonsdale Road the first net zero street in London by 2030.

Climate & Environment

• We are implementing a green energy policy for all our tenants and all new building services installations are electric.

• We provide guidance to tenants and contractors alike, advising on low carbon materials and practices.

Technology & Connectivity

• On-site energy production: through ground source heat storage for the street, we aim to generate our own heating and cooling onsite by 2025.

• New technologies: we are retrofitting units with air quality and heat control sensors, helping tenants manage their utility consumption.

• We are developing a new 33,000 sq. ft BREEAM ‘Excellent’ office building, built to BCO 2019 guidelines at Power Road Studios

• Achieving a 35% reduction in CO2 emissions, the building has highly efficient systems to provide low carbon, controllable, heating, cooling and ventilation. The building uses renewable energy technologies with solar PV panels on the roof

Health & Wellbeing

• We are providing state-of-the-art cycle facilities with 75 cycle spaces, spacious showers, drying rooms, lockers and an exercise studio to stretch it out after your commute

• Creating a healthy internal living environment for occupiers, the building incorporates the latest comfort technology including air quality sensors, automatic solar blinds and a rooftop space for outdoor meetings

Natural Capital

• Beautiful landscaping and green roofs with pollinator friendly species, achieving a site-wide net gain in biodiversity
