\u2022 We are developing a new 33,000 sq. ft BREEAM \u2018Excellent\u2019 office building, built to BCO 2019 guidelines at Power Road Studios<\/p>\n

\u2022 Achieving a 35% reduction in CO2 emissions, the building has highly efficient systems to provide low carbon, controllable, heating, cooling and ventilation. The building uses renewable energy technologies with solar PV panels on the roof<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
